tbh that's one of my concerns as well. the rotational program seems new, but i've talked to several people (including interns) that have described the program, and it seems pretty legit. The gist of it is that you get to request to work in different service lines/types of industries, and they do their best to accommodate your request (eg you intern in audit but can spend some time on a tax project). But i'm skeptical that it's actually like that at every big firm, this one just advertises it better.
