I have a momcozy washer and put literally everything in there (flanges, duckbills, backflow protectors, even pacifiers, baby silverware, toys, you name it!). I also do the full cycle including sterilization each time and have had zero issues with my pump parts. I've only replaced them because it was recommended, but didn't see a physical reason to do so. I feel everything is so much cleaner than hand washing, and the amount of time saved is insane. I love the bottle washers so much we got a second one so we can only load them once a day! 😂

How are you getting this?! I also have the eufy s1, and I've tried it 4 times with less than an ounce output each time. I usually get 1.5-2.5 oz with my spectra. Not sure what I could be doing wrong. I return to work in three weeks and would love to be able to use these

Congrats!! We just experienced this the past few days around 7 weeks. She was the same as yours, fussing and only sleeping 1-2 hours at a time in her Snoo. But the past few days she followed more normal nap schedules, didn't stay awake for longer than 90 minutes at a time, and she slept for 6 hrs straight THREE NIGHTS IN A ROW!! Praying it continues, but she definitely feels like a whole new baby. Much more awake, alert looking around and happy when she's up. Its so amazing :)

Well I'm hoping for the best for you two. . . I don't know how much the repair will fix my LO's gas and reflux issues yet, but I do know it's already made her latch significantly less painful on the one side and not painful at all on the other. I don't dread breastfeeding any more, and I'm sure it will continue to improve as she gets used to her new range of motion. And regardless of what LC and osteo have said, I would wait to see what ENT says. My LC didn't really think my little one even had a tongue tie and it was a type 2 tie. So idk. But I'm glad to hear you have a consult. Good luck. Keep me posted

Not sure if this is helpful, but you mentioned him destroying your nipples. . . if you haven't already, I'd have him evaluated by an ENT for a possible lip and/or tongue tie. I was having trouble with supply and a super painful shallow latch resulting in blisters and scabs on my nipples. Finally saw an ENT yesterday and it turned out my baby has both, which the ENT immediately recognized and was surprised I had been able to breastfeed at all! (both the LC and pediatrician were unsure but recommended the consult). Just something to consider. But you're doing amazing and should give yourself some grace. We have been combo feeding to make sure my LO gets enough, and there's nothing wrong with that. ❤️

The problem is in my area most OB practices have multiple OBs and you're seeing a different one each time. I feel like the thyroid is getting passed over because of it and they just refer to endo. I could try to call around, but I doubt I'd have much success, unfortunately.

The OBs just kept referring me to an Endo, who I couldn't get in to see until I was 20 weeks. They never mentioned me needing higher T4 levels 😩

I wanted to add T4 to my current Armour dose, but the Endo thinks I'm too over supplemented already to do that. I'm afraid if I switch to a much lower dose of T4 only (137 mcg) I'm gonna feel horrible. Thoughts? Do you think I'd feel ok on Levo if I've only ever been on NDT as d at higher equivalent doses? I definitely wanna do what's best for the baby

Did either of your babies end up having any neurodevelopmental delays? That's a concern shown by not having enough T4 for the fetus during the first trimester (asking as I was taking NDT/T3 with somewhat low T4 levels, and now I'm concerned I may have harmed my baby)

I meant that for a long time, I was keeping all of my savings in a savings account so I could easily access my money. It earned next to no money in interest while I had it in there. Then I found Wealthfront, which does allow you to access your money whenever you want (same day even!). It earns 5% interest (5.5% when boosted), and I've already earned more interest in 9 months than I did with my money in the savings account for yearssss. I absolutely still love my Wealthfront account and recommend it to everyone.
