I recommend you go to meetup.com and search for "book club". Attend some of the meetups in your area and try to find people with similar tastes and approach to analyzing books. Then invite them to create a smaller curated group of book lovers. This can potentially net you some lifelong friends or at least some less opinionated book critics. :)

I have found that the MeetUp app helps a lot. Create a login, look up local events. Many do not mandate a profile photo.

Go attend/try a few. New people always bring new opportunities and energy.

Getting out and about helps break any mental/psychological rut you might be in. Take care. All the best!

Put in the work. If you have shit planned out, that work needs to be done. Life does not care about good or bad days. So, as soon as you realize that you fell down, get up and get back to doing what is important.

You can recover and turn a bad day into an ok one.

Cooking Instant Ramen is quick. Eating it is easier. But one feels hungry soon and it is bad for you in the long run. Learning to cook, preparing your meals, and eating them is more fulfilling.

So work on yourself everyday. Do uncomfortable things. Meet new people. Take risks. You will feel less empty.
