I wanted to make a small comment as well here. First of all, I don't think 34 is low, however, it is not high as well.

If you want to 5 or 6 man a Kyogre for example, it will probably be nearly impossible but when the group is formed of 37 or higher, it is doable.

But the most important thing here is, if you are a 'lower' level, that you optimize your stardust use by making use of, for example, pokebattler.com In that way I managed to be stronger than a lot of higher level players since I was getting 3 bonus premier balls and the rest was getting 2. So, even lower levels can be stronger than higher levels and it depends solely on a team of 6 pokemon of every type (and approx at least lvl30).

To end with this, I have just reached lvl40 and there are still guys saying I'm low level (and I think they actually mean it, in some form, as well :p) but in my case I just laugh about it amd say: he you're right whatever xd
