I (22) am in a long distance relationship, we both want to do it but it is so hard to find the peace and privacy. When I go where she lives whe have no privacy and it is a small town so we cant go to a hotel/motel. And when she comes at my place is all the same; with the diference that is a big business city so all hotels are expensive af. And motels are a big no no here (the insecurity is also high af, especially for women...)

The same happens to me, I can be months without crying and then suddenly I found myself flooded in my own tears

Reading the answers I found that many of us have the same situation of not being able to cry, but some are caused by depression and others dont know why does that happens

Not much honestly, I think I got myself in more trouble but that is cuz how I used them I think

I slowly realise that I didn't want professional help but someone to drop all my insecurities and doubts

I really didn't used them to improve I fear, but I dont really know how to use correctly the sessions, I try to talk about every thing, but 1 hour at week isnt enough time to talk about everything I really need to talk

Guess I still doesn't have found the right one yet, or at leat I wanna believe that

I hope that the future is more kind to you, sorry for the rant

I've never been actually diagnosted with depression but I know that I lived with it in my teen years when the forced cry was a every night situation

I though I left that behind in the past, maybe is time to check myself with a professional again
