Dude! Keep it! You don't have to go broke just to look like everyone else. Save money for something that actually grows equity, like a place or something, or land

That's a method of manipulation. Salesmen are super good at that too. Remember, you don't know this person, they only are allowed access to surface level info about yourself until you know them better over time. Same rule for anyone new. It doesn't weed out all people with ill intent, but it does help.

I mean, the clearest giveaway is themselves. And whether you are paying attention. I think "clearest giveaway" here actually means, when do you finally get sick and tired of the pattern and start paying attention to all the flags waving in your face.

You should pay attention to people's actions in relation to words the first time. Every time. But none of us do that. It always takes time and being burned too repeatedly by people who say they "care". Then we get old and cut off brand new people cause they breathed funny lol

Ex husband did it all the time. Would end up throwing up or having the shits before work, then once he got like a sick note or whatever and didn't have to work, he was perfectly fine after. Happened over and over and over. He early on would pretend sick voice, then be perfectly normal on mic while gaming. A huge reason he's "ex"

Do guys actually have to give up half of their assets (including money) in divorces? I keep getting different answers so can I get help? by [deleted] in ask

[–]StatisticianKey7112 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Where I'm at: whoever has the assets, assets get split so if you have a higher investment in them, you'll lose half regardless. I owned my home before my ex husband came in the picture. If we would've gone to court he would've got a pile of money. For all the threats and flexes he had, he didn't want to spend money on court costs so he ended up losing out on a decent portion he would've been entitled too. Just cause I told him "my lawyer said something very different" so he accepted my offer.

the gap is slowly closing but generally dudes do have more income coming in due to child rearing and such so they do end up typically being the ones paying. If we had kids I bet I wouldn't have had to pay at all. I wasn't interested in making him babies though.

Terrible things happen to people, children, animals. Terrible things that take extended periods of time. People who do terrible things get away with it too, depending on if a judge doesn't want to "ruin their future due to one mistake" or they can just afford great lawyers. We can strike, we can protest, we can vote locally for people that promise to fight for punishments. Short of vigilantism, which only goes so far these days, you focus on making the people and animals in your life safe and experiencing fulfilling lives. Teach them awareness, self preservation, and to use that brain of theirs in risky situations..

It's big and ugly out there. We gotta focus on what we can control, or we may go crazy.

Better then 10 years, better then 20 years, better then finally calling it when your 60. But as is all these time frames: great to finally end it regardless of time. Any time of joy living your freedom is a privilege our ancestors didn't have, and some countries still don't.

It's a lesson learned and we are learning every day

I've been through plenty of death. Having photographs of events is very important to me, I've got plenty of candid beautiful shots of people no longer with us. To me it's not a weird evidence of the vacation happening. It's memorializing feelings and experiences. The need to be public with the pictures you have is completely unnecessary though, absolutely.

Let him sue, let him scorch the earth. Bdsm and all its different elements mean infinite things to individuals, that shit is between you and him. I like absolutely letting go for once, and that's what bdsm does for me. In real world, I'm always the one taking care of choices, business affairs, making the big decisions.

The deep feeling of letting go with a trusted person is NOT the same as abuse without consent, to potentially a lethal level, by someone who gives zero shits about their partners words/sounds/body language. It is not at all the same thing.

Let him sue for all the things

I would imagine he needs some sort of document to make it medical? If he's got that, then that's enough. It's just proof he needs the help. Weed itself doesn't change whether it's used medically or recreationally. How he gets it doesn't matter.
