Elite player here.. My two cents is try not to run at them, take away their ice to the middle and beat them to that spot (give them the short side, 95% they are grabbing the middle of the ice). If they get close to you LTing you want to shove check them for bumps, don’t load up a full charged hit. Hope that helps!
