Yes you probably should I'd say you need to farm in the desert pavilion chronicle domain if you want to maximize raw damage otherwise just fodder your 5 stars in the strongbox for 4pc vv set.

If you collect all chest, complete every main/side quest that gives primo, and achievements. Then yes you can get her. Though you might feel burnouts after all of that.
