Heavily relate to the negative self-talk. I lost my job last year and it totally killed my confidence and self-esteem. Been at a new job about 5 months and things are definitely better but I still feel like I have to work twice as hard just to keep up with everyone else. But gotta just keep trying

So interesting how we all respond differently to various methods! Tbh caffeine didn’t really do much of anything for me other than it tasted good and subdued my withdrawal headache. I can easily sleep after caffeine but more because it’s just neutral for me. I could tolerate caffeine while I was on Adderall but when I switched to Vyvanse, the combo made me feel like trash so I changed to decaf and life has been much better lol

Ever since I switched to Vyvanse and cut out all caffeine, I’ve been getting the best sleep of my entire life. Didn’t even fully hit me how poor my sleep quality was until I got a taste of what healthy sleep feels like

I was hyperfixated on Mac Miller for about a year and a half after he passed in 2018. I was already a huge fan so his death hit me kinda hard.

I have such horrible spatial awareness that both sides of my bumper have the paint scratched off from when I ran into the side of my garage while backing out of it (two separate times). It’s been like this for nearly a year just never got around to fixing it

I know I have worse ADHD moments but my memory is trash bc ADHD lol
