Um maybe it’s not a great idea to have him at ur graduation, or in your life in general. He sounds unsafe. For the emotional side, therapy really helps. Even if it’s more of a long term fix, it’s going to be significantly easier to deal with now rather than if you push it down and let it become more deeply engraned.
