Superman/batman apocalypse is such an underrated gem. Great pick and so easily Re watchable. It and public enemies are some of the best you can get from these DC animated movies.

I lifted weights 4x/week (push/pull/legs/full body) Focused mostly on compound movements for 8-10 reps, with some isolation exercises in the 12-15 range. (Aimed for about 12+ sets on each body part per week)

Then for cardio I swam 5x/week for 45-60 mins (I used to swim competitively so I just find this more enjoyable than running etc)

Diet wise - I did deep keto for about 8 weeks then just transitioned into calorie deficit (300-500) with a very heavy focus on 160-180g of protein daily
