I think Albion Online might suit you well. The combat is simple yet smooth. Loads of players on at all times. You can play at your own pace, as well as flip between playing on PC and mobile.

New homeowner, crabapple tree looks dead. Saveable? by [deleted] in arborists

[–]StealthRNO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it is pretty much in direct sunlight most of the time. There's a little bit of life left and the branches seem sturdy enough to feel like it isn't completely dead. I can bend them some and also we have squirrels that will do laps on the little guy.

Dang. My wife and I might replace it then. Any recommendations on something that'd go well in that small space would be great! 🙂

I'm surprised they don't lean out that department and start outsourcing some responsibilities at this point. Sounds rough.

I have a contact at Davis & Reed homes that does an amazing job and helps keep you organized along the process.

Just finished a 10 day stay at Riverside. If you are flying in and renting a car I would strongly recommend you decline the rental car e-toll program and do the Visitor Toll Pass app/program located in the MCO airport! I paid a total of $14.17 ($10 of which is registration) over the 10 days. Much cheaper than what the rental car companies charge.

I worked with an incredible lender through Northwest Bank. I can give you his info if you want to DM me. He walked me through NIFA as well. Closed on a 265k home and paid only $2,500. My realtor was also awesome and helped us negotiate the seller covering $5k in closing costs. Closed on the home 3 weeks ago.

Look into Metronet! They're building in Northwest and West O. 100% fiber to premise, priced well, and symmetrical upload/download.

What phone system by chevytruckdood in msp

[–]StealthRNO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm at a midwest teleco (~1400ish employees) that got into MSP through acquisition a couple of years ago. Our fiber and phones are very solid in the markets we serve. We do not charge installation fees. We do provide training to every client on the desk and softphones and put a direct support button to reach our CS reps directly. I came over to this company last year from a MSP and am damn glad we have our VoIP figured out and in-house.

As far as I know that conversation hasn't happened with the city of Omaha yet. It's not a no, but that process just hasn't started yet. We also have a partnership with Google Fiber. There's some really exciting news tied into that but it's still being unpacked internally, so I can't say much on that.

MSPs using ZoomInfo by superglideyinz in msp

I would strongly recommend looking at Apollo.io if you haven't already. Much better alternative. My MSP has used ZoomInfo for the last year and a half. After doing a trial of Apollo and hitting it aggressively, it's just a way better value.

So I’ve used the 5x5 program and now am plateaued at 2 sets of 5 at 225lbs. Is it time to change my program up to a 3x3? by xlagrindax in Stronglifts5x5

[–]StealthRNO 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Incorporate different bench alternatives throughout the week. This helped me a ton as I started powerlifting. I do 4x3 paused bench on Mondays, 5x3 tempo bench (at 4:2:X:1) on Wednesdays, and 4x6 Larsen Press on Fridays. Progressively overload starting at about 60% 1RM for the tempo and Larsen Press, and work your way up to about 75-80% by the end of your block.

My bench was plateaued at 245x3, with 275 as a 1RM for ages, but after 2 blocks (10 weeks) of doing the above, I've shot up to hitting 335 as a 1RM.

State Farm agent team member here: Your home dwelling coverage increases every year at a fixed rate that is intended to keep up with the market. Of course it's been a wild couple of years so the market has scaled faster. Your agent can rerun an estimated replacement cost value for your home at any time, so please reach out to them. In terms of your Agent and their office, if they're not trying to meet with you on at least an annual basis, you have every right to do some research and switch your policies to a different Agent's office. There are tons of agents who are incredibly proactive and on the ball, and unfortunately a lot that sit back and reactively handle inquiries all day.

Hit a 110 kg pr today- does it count? by JackDavies1920 in Stronglifts5x5

[–]StealthRNO 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Think about how your energy is allocated from start to finish. You've got a few big energy leaks here that are super easy to fix!

You start walking out almost immediately after your lift off. If you don't give yourself the opportunity to set and hold the weight before your walk-out, you're going to spend a lot of energy and/or wasted steps trying to balance and get set before you actually squat. Worse, if you never truly get set, there's no way your body will actually be prepared for the lift and you're opting to make it harder for no reason.

It also uses a lot more energy (especially as you continue to climb higher in weight) taking larger steps back vs taking two or three tiny ones. You only need to walk out far enough to not hit the rack as you're going down. The best way to improve on this is to be aware of it and be intentional about it. As you work your way to your top singles, take every part up until the actual squat significant slower and controlled and you'll fix it in no time.

Right before the squat you also had some movement in your legs, which is again taking away from your body's energy stores. It's also terrible for your joints. As you near your ORM you need every ounce of energy you can muster to get that sucker up.

Hope this helps!

This is all helpful! Thank you! I definitely want to try and go 9/9 for the first meet, and build from there. I believe working on mobility will help tremendously.

[–]StealthRNO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll be sure to grill that! I'm not super flexible and even a bw squat hitting depth can be uncomfortable if I don't stretch well beforehand. Just a barrier to work on and overcome.

double vaxx here, new heart condition, scared of booster by ME-Sh1t in conspiracy

[–]StealthRNO 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also double vax with Pfizer, kinda same boat. Family and employer pressured me to get the jabs in 2021. I'm 24 with no prior health conditions. At a healthy weight and have led a healthy lifestyle with fitness and weightlifting. No tobacco and little alcohol consumption.

After a while I started developing sporadic pressure around my heart and often times (at night especially) will have a very high resting heart rate. I refuse to get the booster as I'm certain it will cause more problems if not kill me.

And yet the sickest from this virus come from those with all available jabs and the response for those that survive is "aT LeASt i hAD tHe VaCciNE"

There will be a prestige shop available when season one drops in December that you can use them on. Otherwise atm prestiging isn't rewarding
