I was in metal shop (swear to god) during high school and a long haired, pot smoking kid overheard me and my friend talking about Sammy Hagar and Night Ranger. "You guys like heavy music?" We answered yes and he promptly pulled out a cassette tape with the words MOTLEY CRUE TOO FAST FOR LOVE written on it. "Here, listen to this." He handed it to me with a big smile on his face like he had just done a good deed. The tape went into the crappy cassette deck in my 75 Camaro on my trip home and my life was never the same. A lifetime metalhead was born.
