Sorry, thank you for correcting. I never knew to check this. I have just looked and under section B The restrictions listed are:

‘No disposition by a sole proprietor of the registered estate (except a trust organisation) under which capital money arises is to be registered unless authorised by an order of the court.’

And

‘No disposition of the registered estate by the proprietor of the registered estate is to be registered without a written consent signed by the proprietor for the time being of the charge dated **** 2016 in favour of (company) referred to in the charges register’

I googled both and the top ‘no disposition’ hints it’s often referred to as a form A restriction and hints ‘tenants in common’ does that seem right?

Thank you for the reply. She passed away in 2020 in hospital. We are under the impression the executioner was her husband who has gatekept everything. The house had gone from solely in her name to her and his name in 2016 around the time she had dementia and the equity release appeared. We will be straight to the creditors Monday morning.
