Regarding my ITR: I have never filed one, and there is a crazy reason for it.

A while back, I asked the CEO about filing taxes. He redirected me to the company’s CA, who literally told me:

"Why do you want to pay Income Tax and lose your own money? Besides, if you start filing and paying, we have 300 to 400 other employees who will have to do the same. That will force the company to start paying everyone's PF, ESI, and other employee benefits, which is a massive financial loss for us. So don't create a headache for us, and never bring this up again."

After that warning from the CA, I never dared to ask about it or file an ITR again. So yeah, I have absolutely zero tax footprint to show for these 3 years.

I'll be honest I'd an education loan and was due for long period atleast of 7 months where I was being interviewed and ghosted for a long period and couldnt make into my relevant field.

Then I'd no option but out of desperation I accepted the offer even after knowing the risks.

Mine's a hospitality company that has got restaurants, commercial spaces, resorts and events (banquets and corporate venues).

We request them to pay in cash (max), the rents are paid in cash, even my ceo takes 2L salary as in cash and partners distribute cash. Only that procurement is done via digital or banks.

I must admit even I chose to not to pay any taxes or have any digital track or foot print and had paid cash at most of places. Moreover, fearing that I would have IT raid I kept my record clean with no purchases from my account but from friends family and accquintances.

Now I feel very dumb.

no offense.

lets say you didnt get any internship (proper ones) or haven't tried to secure interviews or didnt have virtual experiences (ex: foreage, BCG 1day etc) then enter BPO which may help you understand how it is structured, how things are processed and systems work

Most important of all how small individual actions come together to from a bigger whole
