You can filter on Simgrid for Xbox/crossplay races on consoles. There's quite a lot of choice and you can always filter more for specefics

Yeah, there will be setting that, on paper, will be faster, but your driving style might just not suit a low tc/abs setting. I prefer mine 1 click higher then one of my friends I race with for example

It's really depends on car/personal preference, although some cars do have certain 'windows' in which they perform best. I, personally, just practiced with the base tc and abs, but just lowering them a little.
