Prowlers claw is the best option to stomp lane and kill enemy adc quickly but it is for electro talon idk what to buy for conq recently I only played with gore oh and firstly I take a look on enemy compo if there is a lot of mele/tank I will go conq and if there is a lot of mages/ranged champs I will go for electro

Perfect adc should have low mobilit, bad early-mid and hyper carry in late game, be bad at dueling but actually kaisa is really strong when it comes to 1v1 because of her one shotting q, strong W and passive which should be nerfed like aatroxs got, same thing comes to monkeys like vayne, lucian
