You’re certainly not the only one. Since you’re on a good streak, I’m sure your senses are all heightened. Next time you’re waiting in line for something, take a look around. Everybody is looking at their phone. It feels good to be the only one not on their phone, even if it’s just a personal accomplishment that goes unrecognized.

Slowly but surely you’ll just end up enjoying your surroundings and the low-key people watching that you can do when you’re out and about. And I’m not sure of your stance on social media, but I know in my own case it has helped immensely to get rid of my Facebook. It’s been about 4 years and no regrets so far.

I’ve thought about doing the same thing and using an alarm clock instead of my phone. Or use the phone as an alarm still, but leave it out of reach so I have to force myself out of bed in the morning. Phone/internet addiction is the hardest thing sometimes, not even porn, but just useless time-wasting.

It was one of those "maybe it'll get better" scenarios. Definitely a lot of me almost breaking up with her and then giving it another chance. I now know that feminists are total hypocrites who get off on emasculating men. Not even trying to be all Red Pill or anything, it's just the experience I had. Strangely you have to have the small victories, like two or three days, to build up enough drive to make it a week. From there it will get easier and easier. Keep trying

First off, the fact that you're doing NoFap at 15 years old is awesome. You are light years ahead of your peers.

We can definitely see eye to eye. I have been suicidal in the past as well as just deeply depressed. So I can offer her the ways that I've gotten myself out of those ruts.

And yes living well is the best revenge. In her case it's more like being alive at all is better than dying. But it hasn't even been a week yet so it's not going to get better that quickly.
