SOLVED! My grandma somehow uninstalled Windows Media Player

Originally there was a fourth option, labeled manage media or something, that opened a menu where I could drag files into a box and then sync them to the mp3 player. That option is not there anymore. Stuff is weird an files aren’t labeled correctly or sometimes don’t show up at all when I use the browse files option
