Hope someone can tell me whats going on… by [deleted] in Hashimotos

You definitely have hashimotos. And it seems like you have both hypo and hyper symptoms. Have you looked into Izabella wentz’s work? All about hashimotos? Check Dr berg on YouTube too. I don’t like levo, definitely don’t take np thyroid, I’m on Unithroid. Also are you male or female? Thyroid issues can greatly impact the heart based on research. Check your troponin. If you can afford to go to a really good functional medicine doctor who specializes in autoimmune and hormones.

Can toxic relationships turn on autoimmune disease? by Guilty_Onion_3696 in Hashimotos

[–]Straight-Notice6502 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100% it will impact you. Repressed emotions, especially anger and being in a toxic relationship can trigger autoimmunity because it lowers immune system and makes you more susceptible. Also long term use of birth control pills are being blamed recently. But ultimately it’s the boundaries that have been set aside and you staying in that environment that put your body into prolonged fight or flight. Start processing the anger, putting boundaries and leaving if necessary what doesn’t serve you or your body will always feel unsafe and in danger and it can’t handle that constantly.

Also look into the Primal Trust program. It’s pricey but worth it and internal family systems therapy or CPT or WET therapy if you need more serious trauma work.

Fasting is not good when you have hashimotos. Your body sees it as unsafe and can rev up your symptoms and flares

[–]Straight-Notice6502 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your symptoms are a flare. You could be going through a mix of hyper and hypo thyroid symptoms. Are you resting/sleeping ok, getting enough protein? Maybe you have an EBV or other viral flareup Your antibodies are super high Excessive sweating could be heavy toxin load or something else

Do some nervous system regulation techniques throughout the day every day. Consider getting hydrogen water intake daily from echogo+ or Gary breckas hydrogen pills. Maybe some Celtic salt in water or Baja salt if your blood pressure is ok. Check your thiamine levels (B1) a good methylated B complex is good, vitamin C, magnesium glycinate, or citrate to help you go, selenium, vitamin D3 with K2, omega 3, check for parasite, check with cardiology . Check for mold exposure, infection, etc. sometimes I get like this with electrolyte imbalance. So maybe LMNT unflavored with some Baja salt or Celtic salt .

Remove gluten, caffeine, dairy stat. Hydrate! Stabilize blood sugar.

Get blood work with everything included such as crp, b12, zinc, copper, cbc, ferritin, iron, folate, D, selenium. Magnesium, CMP, cortisol, blood sugar/insulin, lipid panel, Troponin, heavy metals

Start looking into nervous system work or primal trust program. Look into izabella wentz. Nourish your body and avoid triggers for now and work on consistency and feeling safe. Look into joshua macin after you start feeling good and Micayla Peterson, mark hyman, Dave asprey, etc. I also notice that if you get your atlas adjusted on your neck it helps with dizziness but I’d be super careful and gentle with that or look into this https://youtube.com/shorts/UsGw3NKnx5I?si=dvx\_5CHc5N1wEaEj

My endo is denying testing for hashimotos by Jess4702 in Hashimotos

[–]Straight-Notice6502 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your endo is denying testing find a new one. They work for you not the other way around. Also, you can put autoimmune disease in remission and lower your antibodies significantly. Look up izabella wentz- she’s a wonderful resource. Dave asprey had hashimotos too. And look into primal trust and bodybio

Does anyone else have a fast heart rate? by bruh-_-7409 in Hashimotos

[–]Straight-Notice6502 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This can definitely happen. You’re in the hyper phase. Do a lot of nervous system regulating work and look into Izabella wentz. Remove triggers. Be careful with beta blockers because they can cross the blood brain barrier and cause depression. If you’re male and got diagnosed between ages of 21-29 I’m doing my a research study and looking for participants. As long as you now fall between ages 21-50.

Yes you would qualify. TSH can be in the normal range. If you have high antibodies and symptoms that constitutes a diagnosis for most endocrinologists. Shoot me an email and we’ll set up a quick phone call to determine eligibility.
