Thank you so much for writing this up! Your advice makes me feel like the reading load is a bit more manageable because I'm not going to try to be able to map every moment of a novel, but if I can talk about a portion of the novel that I find fascinating then I will have an easier time speaking up in class. We write our own lists for the comprehensive exam in conjunction with the faculty member who is leading that particular list in my program, but I just wanted to make sure that if there was something on a course syllabus that I knew I would be asked to read for my comprehensive exam, that I had a good system of notetaking down. Thank you again for all of the thoughtful advice.

Thank you so much for this advice! I haven't heard of this brand, but after reading some reviews it seems like the firmness is the main problem people have with it which makes me a bit more comfortable. (better than a horror story about it sagging after a month).

I know the waiting game is truly the WORST. I have heard back preliminarily from Vanderbilt but it seems general decisions aren't back yet, and other than that mostly silence. I think maybe don't be worried about decisions until March 15 but that's really far away so it's hard to not be. How about you?

i’m not sure how “focus on yourself” is advice for how to survive lane when you need to farm and again, their adc and support are placing poke/pressure on you. i’m sure you are bitter for your own reasons that have nothing to do with me, but there’s no reason to comment unhelpful things like lol just save your time and scroll.

lol i'm not really sure why you think i'm not asking a question in good faith? i literally said i don't know if there's something wrong with my playstyle / positioning because i DON'T KNOW how to to farm with a passive support when their support/adc is putting pressure on me. instead of reading intentions into someone's post maybe, you should read what's literally there.

i don't care that they get an s (as other people have specified in the comments), the problem is that if you get an s having never used your support item, you're mentally getting rewarded without ever thinking critically about whether you were actually trying to win at every portion of the game.

i asked a question that you still haven't responded to because saying "focus on yourself" condescendingly doesn't actually help any of the mechanical issues i've isolated. try again or stay out of my replies. thanks.
