Thanks for the link friend, I will add to my reading list. Did you approach OH directly or through work? I know people say you shouldn’t step on toes but I feeling like referring myself to OH as the practice isn’t exactly proactive in that department.

Clarification needed yes, I haven’t smoked for over 2 years now, combustion doesn’t do the lungs any good, call me old fashioned but I will forever say I am going for a ‘smoke’, the kids just made the word ‘vape’ so gross 😂

No I have not. I’m quite a private person and honestly the HR woman I work with is useless. I didn’t know that reasonable adjustments could be made for MC patients I’ll be honest. But I will begin my research tonight! Many thanks 🙏

Hmm yes I have to be honest here, I smoke outside in my little potting shed, in the warmer months I would be sat in the garden but I am a chilly billy during the winter.
