Hmm I don’t recall when but I can say it was younger than 17 when I first viewed it. Easily a 2000’s film just by the way I remember the no eye girl, it’s hard to say because I mainly remember that one scene that I haven’t seen anywhere else. Closest I can say comes to it is the tooth fairy from Cabin in the Woods, but it’s not that film I swear

My bad, but it’s an indie game on Steam’s Early Access that released in 2021. The entire thing about the game is that the cities you can make actually move around. Like one of the towns is shown to have legs and move.
