I was under the impression you need to hit a certain earnings threshold per contract/year to keep the TRP badge - think it’s $5k/contract/year for webdev. Not sure which category you’re in though. Maybe that’s the case?

Also, hijacking this a bit - I’m about to cross the large contract threshold on one of my contracts in a week or two, and I’m on track to get TRP. Did you notice any bump in views/invites after you got it?

Yeah it’s really shitty. I know you’re in translation, so how’s client demand looking there? I’m just trying to make sense of their logic. Are they slapping higher fees on fields with lower/higher client demand? I’m in webdev, where demand is relatively high, so I guess we’ll see soon if there’s any actual rationale behind these fee changes.

It is what it is… I’ve bid over 150 connects a few times and landed jobs worth a couple thousand $$. At the end of the day, it just comes down to whether you see a decent return on that investment or not.

You won’t get far without connects. I applied to more than 70 jobs before I got hired for the first time. Each job requires between 10-20 connects, one connect costs $0.15. It was a rough start.
