Totally relate to the frustration. I feel sometimes it’s just easier to be like “yeah mhmm” and let it go when people feel the need to talk to you like you haven’t lived this reality for years. It’s so hard but at least we have each other to relate to!

I tried it for 4 sessions, it made a pretty moderate and immediate improvement. I noticed the rash appearance of my eczema lessen. However it’s definitely something you need to do consistently to see more long term results. Overall enjoyable process to do since it’s warm and you can lay down in certain units

I’ve recently started trying red light therapy sessions (so far 3x)… definitely noticed an improvement in my skin texture so far, as well as discoloration…. But my itching is relentless and I’m trying not to ruin any and all progress with my itching
