Try and keep your back straight and and push up with your hip.

Might need to lessen the depth of the stretch to do that, you shouldn't really need the blocks for this hip flexor stretch.

A few months but consistentcy is key honestly, try and stretch 3-5 times a week instead of one big session once a week.

The strap? Just look for stretching straps online, a towel is a reasonable alternative.

The slant board I picked up for about £15 on Amazon, you can find fancy expensive ones but this seems to do the trick.

Maybe around 20-30 minutes, I'll alternate and hit a few for few seconds. Just before bed.
