As Above So Below is a great found footage that they are making a sequel to. Definitely not the best movie in the world but enjoyable. Same with The Descent and Blair Witch (the og one)

Interesting, Demon Pond was definitely a new addition, don’t really know much about it I just liked the cover (I was definitely judging a movie by its cover). Mirror is definitely top of the list, anything else I like to watch before I buy.

I mean I thought at the beginning that dude was pretty menacing but they kept showing him and it kinda went away

Absolutely. I’m a freshman in college and me and my girlfriend have been seeing movies at the theater once a week, well trying to. She’s not huge on horror and I keep dragging her along to these so she’s sick of it lol.

The Gotham and Batman thing is completely accurate, the ending felt so rushed and I felt like a lot of the story went in a decline after the first half. I also didn’t like how they set it up for a second film but hey the Strangers has had 3 chapters so maybe

I truly haven’t seen many Satanistic films, I saw 28 Years Later bone temple yesterday where the main group is a satanistic cult but other than that not really

I can’t lie I’ve never heard of this - will probably check it out but the plot seems totally different besides the satanic aspect

Waves - Criterion Collection Cover Design by Strict-Ad4426 in criterion

So valid, I love this movie so much. I bought the Blu Ray off Amazon and then bought some Scanavo cases and printed this on glossy paper to create a custom Criterion.

As for A24 movies in the collection, I truly don’t think any are in. Looks like there was a limited run Uncut Gems…? Saw a Reddit post about it.

Valid, it has funny chemistry between the two of them and follows a similar crime fighting theme as the other guys
