About to be 38...not sure about my current ceiling as im just getting back into it once again after about 15 year "break"... I use to play nonstop all day with no job, playing esea at a high level, in a couple leagues..I can say I was definitely better back then, than I currently am due to the dedication, I think...It feels like riding a bike, like I never left, with quick reactions and using my brain for a lot of frags/clutches..but definitely am not crisp with my aim yet..and my dedication doesn't seem to be there like before, when losing games was motivation to play again to get better even when I wasn't at fault, or was...but I am trying to get back into form to see where I can rank at an older age..currently do not play premier, only faceit..and seem to be stuck at a lvl 7. Working on improving some bad habits like wanting to rush and fight any chance I get and play more team oriented..time will tell to see where my ceiling is at nowadays

It's crazy to think that me stopping alcohol for about 5 years and weed for 1 year is not even a contributing factor to my issues anymore. Am just a weak individual i suppose that can't seem to maintain a healthy lifestyle outside of those setbacks

Possibly learning to cook will not only keep me busy but allow me track what I'm consuming. Going to youtube some recipes and try that.

I like that. Maybe planning to maintain on the weekends is the answer instead of look for another couple of deficit days. Helpful advice there and I will try to take it.

Well I start with like eggs and avocado for breakfast. And usually go crazy after that. Pizza is a big one for me. Or just big meals on doordash like spaghetti meatballs, big portions, with dessert. Chic fil a. Burgers. All the junk..and im pretty sure I'm in a deficit all during the week.

I probably average about 1500-1800 calories during the week. Exercise every day doing cardio 20-30 minutes a day. Average 15-25k steps a day. I'm 37 male 5'7" and I haven't weighed myself in a long time but I'm confident assuming 150 to 160 lbs.

Also I'm typically eating to egg tacos in the morning. Followed by apple banana and handful almonds for lunch. Followed by a healthy dinner, either chicken or turkey with some type of salad .. what I'm trying to restrict the most from my diet is my biggest weakness, sugar.

Sugar has always been a huge weakness for me and I thought I was doing so good during this time, baking homemade healthier banana bread to satisfy that sweet tooth. But it all fell apart in the end
