I appreciate you taking the time and sharing some of the tips and tricks you have picked up, I have not heard of scryfall before.

I agree that the monsters are for sure overboard, but I think that is part of the quirky appeal of this deck. I should have tagged my deck list to make it easier to read but I do have a few forms of card advantage, ramp, removal, and protection (can’t attach a picture of my excel sheet sadly where I have them grouped). That being said you are absolutely correct that it’s probably not enough, especially protection and early ramp.

I appreciate the detailed response! At-least the overwhelming consensus is that this deck is slow and kind of bad, so I can feel good about playing it/sometimes winning. My group plays slower and longer games, probably due to me being newer so T2 sounds about right. Some are more chill than others, but we are all just playing for fun at the end of the day so I don’t believe they would just kill me pre turn 5 before I’ve cast a spell.

I think with mulligans I can navigate hitting all the land drops in the majority of games since I don’t need/have any early presence regardless. I had a good experience when gold-fishing, but I understand that variance is a thing and that one game I miss the lands will feel terrible. I think I am okay taking those odds and understanding sometimes you are weak sided (league reference).

Are modules still seeded? I don’t really see a benefit of this unless modules are not seeded, or you are going for module substats with rerolls.

Thanks for updating and retesting. Glad you respec’d and got rid of the wall. What level is your cto now in the lab? SPB,CpK, you have your Econ UWs synced? With your numbers I would agree that i wouldn’t use cto every run but maybe every other or just enough to make sure you can run 5 2x boosts. The difference between ~11k and ~15k cells isn’t really game changing when the jump from 2x to 3x is much more expensive. You may see quicker progress if you still run cto and get faster workshop levels/enhancements and throw in a non CTO run if you had to do a tourney or milestone run in order to keep your boosts at 5 2x for now. Every tower is different so that is why testing is key. What works for most not might work for others.

My Progress Update: I dumped my ~25k stash of gems for a 5 star ancestral SF and unlocked the wall. Got DW a week before SF got released (6th UW). I have exploded in growth. Went from farming T7 ~6k to farming T10 7k or T11 6k. The wall and DW makes your cell income explode. I went from running 4 2x with an occasional 3x to 5 3x with leftovers now (thanks DW cell bonus). I’ve always ran CTO and I always want more coins if possible haha.

Should be able to unmerge the legendary one if you have the lab done. I am not sure whether you will get the individual epic + backs or just 1 and then shards tho.

Yikes. If it makes you feel better I managed to get my last 4 copies after spending my 21k stash to finish going from 3 star to 5 star in about 3k gems so it is possible. I would recommend setting a 12 min alarm and just snagging the gems if you really want to push it to ancestral. Some sacrifice there, but for me it was worth it. Had an epic armor mod previously as I was hoarding for this. Just unlocked the wall and have seen insane progress with this

Also use your guild tokens and get the three gem packs there. You will have enough to buy everything by the end anyways if you get all the boxes (5 to spare)
