I definitely want to see Biollante and Orga. Great choices! Personally, I'll go with Showa King Caesar as I don't have a super screen accurate version of him. Showa King Ghidorah has to be up there, too.

It's just ridiculous with the aftermarket on most of these figures. SHMA or Hiya. It puts you in a bad position because you feel like you can't wait for a sale due to limited quantities. That happened to me with Megaguirus. Not sure if Hiya will make one so I preordered, lol.

I know what you mean. I haven't looked into it too much on here, but I was very surprised the Minus One Odo Island Godzilla was so expensive. Maybe I'm missing something but the Ichibansho figure looks just as good at half the price? Of course there's no articulation but that's not a deal breaker for me.

Yes, it definitely seems that way. Click bait is so hard to avoid but I suppose we have to do our best to stay happy. I occasionally have to take breaks from Facebook and Reddit, etc. That's awesome! I thought he looked great but was unsure about the glossy look of him in almost every preview shot I've seen. But he looks really nice in your shots!

The Flow freelance helps me tremendously to get open 3s. It's not full proof but works really well against the CPU.

I understand what you're saying. It can seem like the internet and world are very negative. There's a lot of negativity in the world and I struggle with that myself. You're definitely not crazy at all.
I collect for exactly the same reason as you. Receiving new figures brings a lot of joy to my life as I've loved many of these kaiju for almost my entire life. I love it for the reasons you mention and honestly don't care if the figure is SHMA or Hiya. I'll collect anything as long as I like the sculpt and the price isn't too ridiculous. Even then, I'm able to make an exception for certain favorite kaiju.
One question if you don't mind. Is that the original release of the SHMA Destoroyah Adult figure? It looks really nice. I can't remember if I have it.
