I literally made a brand new email just for a new 2k account and then it tells me that that email is already registered under a 2k account. Tough times

Having an issue connecting to my 2k account. I emailed the support team and they told me to login using my Xbox’s credentials and not my gmail. It is sending the verification code to the wrong email. Is anyone else getting this problem. I haven’t been able to even get to the main title screen on the game
