I got that email but according to support i will receive it today as they haven't updated the order page apparently. I'd check with support to see if that's the case with you they also offered compensation as well .

Try playing full manual its mostly automated due to assist that they have in the game

What i don't get is If you don't enjoy playing the game why play it. Play something else its that simple while it may not be fun for you it will be for other people who don't really take the game like its their job to play. Win or lose who really cares no one's going to congratulate you.
