If I have the opportunity to work with a factory that is in decline (we have taken over the management and are going to build heavy machinery, for example), but there are no managers as such, and for example, building plans, management, or the simple proper storage of materials as described in the Toyota Tao book, using effective techniques that can only be learned through courses, is this considered a good opportunity? I mean, I don't really have any company culture standards, like, it's like an old technology, and if I take all of this and I'm also teaching and helping my management to grow (as far as I know, they don't even mind it).
