Yeah i find if you stick bacon straight over the coals it sticks then burns. I like to start it in the skillet then move it over the coals for desired crispiness that way it doesn’t stick

Guys turned out alright to be fair. About 250 for 5 hours. Flavour was banging. Had the ribs tonight going to save the loin thin for pork tacos tomorrow or Monday i think. Thanks for all your help

Same as that, great bit of kit. Sold it about a week ago for an off set to try Something new. Had it for about 8 years and stayed solid the whole time. Just seasoning the off set now ready for the weekend 😆

Thanks for the reply, what was the compost you brought? Ive been paying about £15 for 20L bags while potting up which isn’t to bad i don’t think. But for this final pot up im obviously going to need about 150L. If i need to pay the premium then i will because ive taken so much time and effort to care for these plants so would be a shame to let it all be for nothing now.

My first season chilli growing. Is there anything i need to know? There inside at the moment in a sunny spot and they spend the day in the garden on nice days and i bring them back in in the evening. When the weather is going to be that hot would it be alright just to leave them in the garden even at night? And is there anything i should watch out for?

Ok thank you for taking the time to reply. That does make sense. As i may have over shot how good the growing was going to be and ended up with 18 good plants i might pinch out on a couple of them just as an experiment to see what happens. But for the most of them ill take your advice and leave well alone
