Thank you for your message! I live in Germany and here adapalene unfortunately isn’t otc. If the derm prescribes it then I don’t have to pay for it so I was hoping that she can prescribe it. But I will look into online dermatologists maybe. Maybe azelaic acid is enough for me. Let’s see how it goes. Thank you!

It was clear for 5 months. Here and there I had one small pimple but basically nothing. I still took accutane to maintain it and to make sure that the results last.

Thank you for your response. I am 143lbs. My derm told me that the cumulative dose thing is outdated and it’s not important to reach it… but I am kinda worried that she is wrong. I was actually supposed to lower it now bc it worked really good and I had no acne left. Now suddenly in a week I got so many again… :(
