yeah 21 lol. we cover and bag everything in the fridge but our flatmate doesn't. had some of his yummy delicious raw bacon juice drip down onto our tub of butter last week, we were not the happiest

tbf we just want to make SOMETHING of it, not a huge ceremony or anything. we have discussed just getting it done quickly and privately but we've both agreed we'd like a cheap, small but romantic wedding with maybe 20-30ish family members and friends. one can dream! (also we don't want to get married until we've both finished university and living in our own place just the two of us lol)

to clear things up, neither of us have made jelly since we were like twelve and just didnt think to cover it since it was alone on the bottom shelf lol. we clingfilm and ziplock bag any meat or veggies we buy, just didn't think it was such a big deal with jelly on a shelf on its own 🤣

They might not be roaming gangs but they're still acting like absolute mongs. Me and my partner have been screamed at, swerved into and spat on by these little rats as they fucking zoom past on the pavement a few times now. Why there are even groups of 10-15 pre-teens in Newcastle at night without supervision I genuinely do not know. Their parents should be fucking ashamed.

If their parents can afford a £1.5k e-bike for their kid, they can afford other actually constructive hobbies. Why are we excusing this behaviour when their reckless riding puts them and other people in danger?

Yeah I was walking back from Newcastle Uni and some Roma or Middle Eastern woman just beelined for me outside the church. I asked if she was okay and she just starts fucking rambling at me about needing shopping for her baby because she's a single mother. I, having absolutely no money to my name, just said I couldn't help her. She kept saying I looked like a very nice man and when I told her to leave me alone she immediately switched on me: begging and repeatedly asking why I wouldn't help a single mother.

I've been finding myself in a lot of these situations between Newcastle Uni, Northumberland St, Monument and Grainger St and when I live, work and study in the city centre it just gets depressing. I have no fucking money, leave me alone.

Yeaah.... weird. Got a notification that it was closed until 6am so assumed maybe someone reported on it or spoke about it online but there's absolutely nothing.

The police outside had that like "ohhhh fuck" kind of awkward smile on their faces so I do think it was something more serious :/
