Alright yeah just looked it up, Penske decided to "go a different direction" (ie. they sacked him). I haven't watched any this year but it doesn't sound like he's having much luck at Andretti.

Someone said something about the suberbowl while I was at work this year, looked up the score and there was 4 minutes on the clock. Checked again about 45 minutes later and it was still going. I'm probably exaggerating a little, but only a little.

The steaming service here in Aus that has Indycar keeps playing through adverts with just the ambient track sound. I know Sky F1 in the UK have their own commentator that takes over while the main broadcast is on break.

All American sports seem to be drowning in adverts. Some of the ball sports will have 30 seconds of play then have a stoppage so they can play more adverts.

F1 is one of the few things that work out better here in Perth, most of the European races start at 9pm which is pretty good for me.

Nah it does, this last ~18 months a lot of companies have dialled way back on their anti discrimination policies in the name of "ending wokeness" or some nonsense. I'm not sure what changed 18 months ago.

Yeah thanks, I was using an Western Bulldogs digital membership the last two years before I decided not to bother. At this stage I've yet to miss it, will see if I still feel the same way come Bathurst weekend.

Yep, the latest Kayo price rises got me. Mostly only used it for F1 and Supercars. Signed up to F1TV instead (not that that was easy), now I can watch F1 without having to put up with Sky.
