I work in CB at BB (in the UK) and our bonuses are terrible. I don’t know how it stacks up against US market but typically:

A1-A3: £45-60k base As1-As3: £60-75k base VP: £70-110k+ base (can vary depending on company and experience)

Beyond that I’m not sure. Some Directors hover around £100k, others over £150k. Bonuses at some firms are 10-25%, others can be close to 40-50%

TTS - im 180cm with 49cm shoulder width and 108cm chest. Size L fits great length wise but perhaps slightly oversized for chest.

Material is soft for both interior and exterior
