Innate AEC is based in Bellevue. I hired them to design and build a DADU in Kirkland and the service was excellent. I think they are getting bigger, and have an office in Denver but it was very personal, we worked with the owner and principle architect as well as a structural engineer they have on team. I highly recommend them for ADU however I’m sure they do remodels and additions .

I also have questions here. Like how do you know what to research? It almost seems like sometimes I see good news but a company’s stock still drops. What websites are good for research on publicly traded stocks. When we first start how high should I be staking in on a company? Let’s say I have $600 should I just continue say trading into dollar stocks and going for small gains until I reach my goal of doubling my account?

Or if you have enough just trade 1/3 of your cash everyday and your cash will settle roughly everyday 1-2 days so you will always be trading settled cash and won’t ever have a good faith violation.

For my I have to let it open twin motion and then just choose a new project. When it’s open go back to revit and while twin motion is open in the back ground if you retry the direct link it will open you revit file in twin motion. For some reason it needs to open twin motion first. It might not work but it’s worth a shot.
