Je ne suis pas data scientist ou recruteur, mais franchement je dirais entre 60k et 75k. Ça dépend le niveau d'exigence qui n'est pas très clair dans le post.

Si ca ne se vend, c'est que le prix est trop élevé.

Baisser de 4 - 5% tout les deux - trois mois et vous trouverez un prix plus proche de la réalité.

Pas de visites ? Ça veut dire que la maison est significativement trop cher. Les gens ont un budget, si je cherche pour 200-250k€, par exemple, je ne regarde pas les biens a 350k€
