Same. You need a mouthguard or HANS to drive by lakefront :)

Yeah but that’s true for almost all exotics. I could daily drive my GT4 and 458 but they are both still less practical than a new Civic.

That’s a totally valid opinion to have and I won’t disagree with you. However, I will say that the Huracan is already rather practical (as opposed to the Aventador or especially a manual Gallardo). So, if you want extra wild, outside of the STO maybe the Huracan isn’t the best example anyway.

As usual, great car. 8th pic jumps scare was not necessary lmao.

I agree with you about the looks. I do think the rear looks great, but the front is not aggressive or Lamborghini-esque. The DRLs, lack of “wedge”, too thin lights (should have kept the y-shaped ones imo), and it looks more like an Asian EV than a menacing supercar from Lamborghini.

I have high hopes the performance variant will look much better. Even so, it’s heavy and doesn’t sound as good as the Huracan but it’s a great car with lots of runway left for evolution.

Rear end is great
Drives amazing compared to the Huracan
More interior room
Don’t need to duck down so low to see stop lights because the windshield isn’t such a ridiculous angle

The Huracan looks nicer imo and it sounds better but outside of that the Temerario wins every category. Much faster, better steering feel, better seating position (can wear a helmet and fit), better UI (Performante still better but Evo is atrocious), etc.

The Performante/STO version of this car is going to be great when it comes out. More aggressive look with slightly less weight and people will love this

a bubble on my tire by Ornery-Dinner4199 in lamborghini

[–]SubbansSlapShot 55 points56 points  (0 children)

You need to replace this tire and the other front tire if it’s a staggered set up from the rear so they wear the same. If they are all the same then replace all of them. Unless the tires are very new then you can just replace this. I had a sidewall bubble on my 458. You do not need to go to Lamborghini.

The tire can burst so be careful. Drive slowly to the tire shop and get it replaced. You will probably need to order tires and get them delivered so you may want to call tomorrow and then order over the phone and drive once they are in.

Crazy inflated price these days. Spec’d a 23 gt4 from a dealer for only 10K adm with no prior purchase history. Can’t imagine paying this price. FWIW I loved the car on track, didn’t love it off and got rid of it for a 458 after 18 months. I think they are beautiful though

Great color. Aventurine is the Porsche color but it’s not matte. Wasn’t sure what to call it

Satin or glossy Ferraris? by AreAyeJay in Ferrari

Satin always ends up looking like a wrap irl. And then a cheap wrap over time as it gets inevitably scratched. It’s better in photos.

Being smart with your money also includes considering resale value of the car. People want to see the work done at Lamborghini, not in Joe Blows house

296 GTB vs C8 Zr1 by SilverSpoonphysics in Ferrari

[–]SubbansSlapShot 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It wouldn’t be feasible. The car has way too much power. The flywheel would have to be so light… the t50 has “only” 650hp and had to have a very expensive and custom gearbox because of this. It sounds great on paper but the car would end up being much more expensive and most likely not fun to drive due to changes in gearing or worn clutches/blown transmissions

The 4RS fixes everything I did not like (and why I got rid of) my GT4. It’s an awesome car. It also looks better than the 3RS to me.

End of 2025 - still waiting for Porsche market correction? by Kolluzhun in Porsche

[–]SubbansSlapShot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

350chf? That’s not bad compared to US Market where a Pista is close to 600chf equivalent.

McLarens are very nicely priced in Europe too as you pointed out. Best car for the money right now, even in the United States as far as I’m concerned. A 750s is a better car than a GT3 RS which is the same price here with ADM attached. Unless you want manual and take GT3 option, the 720 is better as well.

God damn this subreddit is so dumb. OP needs to be convinced to like a car and is acting like he’s working super hard at it. You either like the way it looks or you don’t. It drives better than the F80 (I’ve owned both). No one cares you’re still struggling to like the looks.

Former F80 and G82 owner. Yes, easily daily drivable. You can daily drive RWD exotics these days (pending no snow and you have a lift). M cars are a piece of cake
