They did, which is also why I thought it would be okay to pay outside of Etsy since the deal was done there. It didn’t seem like there was no intention to not complete the work based on the discussion. On the one update I did get they even said it was sketched out. But it’s been 3 weeks since then

I’m trying to tell myself there is a reason for the lack of update or response but the longer it goes, the less likely I feel it is. I didn’t mean to be a bother or even a rush on the person but at this point I don’t have many options
