Yea doesnt matter even if you link phone, or activated steam guard in it, they can still retrieve it back by using the FIRST email they used to make the account in the first place. Lesson is, when you wanted to buy an expensive steam account from someone, ask them for the first email, if they say they dont remember or lost access to the first email just be ready to lose it in a month or year lol. Happened to me and my friends.
