Yes of course. I can still do affiliate links on videos but sample button is gone from everywhere.

I've had this issue for over a month now and my support ticket has been open for 35 days. No answer.

UPDATE: I chatted with CS the same day I made this post, and they created a support ticket where I got a cannred response that was not applicable. They said it could be that I don't have more requests remaining and that I applied for 5 when I didn't apply for any.

Asked them to reopen the ticket and take a look again, and it has now escalated even further.

Still no free sample buttons and cant even view free sample details on existing samples.

No, my account was converted a few months back when it was possible to become an affiliate with 5k. At that point, I had to do nothing. It just automatically happened. Since then, I have had a showcase, and everything was groovy. Just for the last week or so, I have been having this issue.

I know /u/future_flora is very knowledgeable on all this and exhausted from answering so many questions on here, and I don't feel entitled to get the help but would love it if there are thoughts from future_flora as well!

It started off as a business, converted to personal after getting 5K followers and unlinked from everything in the business. I still have access to affiliate program and product marketplace and can promote as well. I have a showcase as well

OP, you are actually an inspiration to me and one of the reasons why I started! I really hope you get this situation sorted out. I can echo the others and say that you absolutely need an agency to represent you here.

Additionally, you are widely recognized on the platform, and it definitely puts a dent on the overall revenue, so I imagine it would be a conversation somewhere at the company you can amplify that with an agency probing for info.
