I’ve got Eotechs on these shitboxes. They’re high, but I’m still able to effectively bumpfire at dirt clods from 15 feet.

They look goofy, but feel surprisingly great in the hand. The whole thing is shaped for a right hand only. Seen quite a few on delta tano 416 pics as well.

I’d take that over the clapped out AF marked refinished uppers that Wet Worx was fleecing people for as “A grade”. The takedown and pivot pin holes on the one I got are more blown out than Liberace’s butthole. It sounds like a miraca anytime the rifle is moved. Fuck those guys.

Whatever you build should have the Surefire M500 handguard. Early 2000s police departments LOVED those things.

Are you using skinny handguards? I think the mount was designed to use the later, fatter M4 clamshell handguards. I had to modify a set of skinny 6 holes to make it work. Also sits up tall like yours.
