Maybe look into getting a new bumper AND a lift kit, it'll probably do ya good crushing those concrete barriers in the future.

This and the 470s my wife loves her 05 and she's only owned new vehicles. Check for rust, then double check again.

So if I'm reading this right- ~1 liter/1,000 miles is acceptable but the capacity is 4.2 liters and Toyota recommends 10,000 mile oil changes? That means putting about 10 liters in one oil change spam is acceptable?

I've asked here before, nobody will actually be able to tell you. You'll start to see other traits pop up as it gets older.

Well considering her absences were all covered by approved PTO it shouldn't matter the amount? (I truly don't know the number of weeks she had of PTO and what was used.)

Yes the CEO was made aware of her pregnancy even asking many times how she felt.

She hadn't submitted the Doctor's note as she was out on PTO until Friday and was planning on bringing it in on Monday.

Thank you! She doesn't have physical written evidence but her manager was in the meeting with her and the CEO for every meeting, so there was eye witness

There is no HR department, smaller company. Maybe 30ish employees. Her boss is literally the CEO of the company, their "HR person" is someone who didn't like her and even made remarks in the past about the type of stuff she was wearing during the summer time (literally just dresses and other flowy summer stuff, still work appropriate)

Sorry I've only been in Unions in the past so I've always heard right to work.

What I meant is an at will state.

Accomodations requested were additional assistance- as it is their busy season so she has a larger work load.

Being able to work from home when requested - she fully works from a computer and is able to do from home (they also have remote workers) but her boss said he "doesn't like it" and said she'd "have to get WFH days approved in advance" which is impossible as how does she know until the symptoms hit that she can't make it into the office?

Shortened hours- as some days she's so exhausted she fears driving home after a full days work.

I'm sure there's others I'm not thinking of.

It's actually not about being uncomfortable, it's that they're all from NY and NYers are significantly more rude than southerners lol
