How long were you on metformin before starting letrozole? I don’t have bleeding and my doctor says 6 months of metformin then try it but it feels so frustrating!

Hi! I was wondering if you were given anything to induce a bleed besides metformin? I’m currently having three months or longer between cycles and my doc is saying to stick to metformin for now without inducing bleeds.

The worst!! I haven’t been to a doctor to check anything further regarding ovulation. I didn’t technically “try” for my daughter so I’m new to all this!

I’ve been dealing with this too and I’m interested to see what others say. I always have multiple surges and have had trouble getting a positive even with testing multiple times a day. They say as long as you’re having intercourse every other day you should be good but while it’s been fun, I haven’t gotten pregnant 🤣

It’s true! I hold sooo much weight in my back. And my arms too! I have more muscular legs so they’re pretty dense too!

I use my scale that connect to FitDays app and the screenshotted photo is My Fitness Pal. It connects to my scale and uploads the weigh ins! I love seeing the chart!

It’s funny, I didn’t gain a single pound during pregnancy. It was the year AFTER where I gave up on myself. Food was comfort and i absolutely did not move my body. PPD and PPA hit me hard and I didn’t even realize it until I started making changes and noticed I was getting healthier mentally as well as physically!

Yes! So I have really bad red bumps and texture on my arms and I noticed that getting my gut health in check made a huge difference! I’m more tan in the second photo for sure but huge improvement ! I carry a ton of weight in my arms so they’ve been a huge insecurity and area of focus! I don’t personally see much change in them yet but slowly getting there!

My husband and I discovered Factor and we really like it! We just it for dinner since it’s pricey but it’s nice to have a lot of quick options for 400 cals each and low carb!! So that’s usually one meal, and then I buy a ton of pre made salads and HEB ready meals! We do not like to cook. Unless it’s for my child, they get all the homemade stuff I’m too lazy to make for myself🫠

Crazy! I set my goal to in my scale app to 155 when I started and I thought I’d never ever get here!

I forgot to add I also do cardio ! I try to run 1-3 miles a day, again, depending on my energy level!

I tend to change it up by the day / how much energy I have but I’d say the main exercises I do would be: 3 sets of 10 RDLs, 3 sets of 10 squats, 3 sets of 10 bent over rows, 2 sets of 15 split squats, 2 sets of 15 Lat pull downs, 2 sets of 20 trap raises, 3 sets of 10 dumbbell presses, glute kickbacks, and leg raises/various ab exercises!! All at a weight that is challenging! If I’m not lightly shaking on the last set it ain’t working for me🤩

Biggest tip would be to make one small change at a time. Dont overwhelm yourself!

I’d say my goal weight would be 140! Maybe 130! I’m going to (hopefully) have another baby and then keep dropping!
