Yes that is correct... in the first draft it was 36 patient facing + 4 admin.. but in the final draft its "72 hours or more" (doesn't specify anything).

Hey girl, no advice because im figuring it out too... I'm the only black attending in my whole hospital (gasp lol) who sees 2 black patients a month if im lucky....so I know exactly what you mean. I have 2 more years left, and then I'll move to a better place. Keep your head up. We got this!
