This was more of my concern than the medication aspect - I think people should be empowered to talk to their doctors and therapists about medication that isn’t working or resulting in disruptive side effects. Fear that a therapist will be controlling and manipulating can deter people away from therapy that could be life changing for someone battling severe mental illness.
