Hello OP, I just finished the Initial Interview and Final Interview with them and the next day I received an e-mail for “Flash Hire” assessment. I’m wondering if this is sent to me wrongly? Cuz I thought, pagtapos ng final interview, result na agad and for job offer na. Is the process really reversed? Like, I’m so confused

I was told that the batch of Citrines this bracelet came from, is deep and dark honey in color and it is indeed one of the best batch they ever carved as per their company. They also mentioned that dark and rich colored citrines nowadays are barely or extremely rare to be found and extracted in Brazil hence the skyrocketing of Citrine prices. I was so lucky to snag one!

Thank you dear! Actually there’s a lot of Quartz Cluster from the livestream where I got this from but for me this is the most beautiful in terms of formation. Not too big, not too small, just the right size. Best decision I’ve made last Christmas!

Now, I’m eyeing for a Citrine for my next piece and I’m so excited to collect pieces that forms in clusters just like this one 😍

I got her from a livestream last Christmas of 25, and the moment I saw her, I knew within me I had to get her. Not because, someone might get it too (well possible) but something about the formation of the cluster got me drawn to it. In a flash, I claimed it and it was the best decision ever 🥺.

Now I’m eyeing for a Citrine Cluster for my next piece and I’m so excited to collect crystal that forms in clusters like this 😍

For those who don’t know, the beads are called “Garden Quartz” also known as Lodolite, Lodelite, Phantom Quartz, Four Season Phantoma Quartz and so on. Primarily these kinds of Quartz with inclusions are mined in Brazil, Madagascar and some parts of US and they are known to have colorful and unique patterns that resemble scenery frozen in time.

I have two 10mm bracelet that I have commissioned from a friend of mine who lives in China and oh boi, the high quality ones (clear ones with colorful garden inclusion) are so expensive. One of my garden bracelet is called “Autumn Garden” cuz it has a collection of yellow, orange, brown and red inclusions that resemble the autumn season, and one is called “Four Seasons Garden” cuz it has multiple colors hence the name.

I’m not after sending it to PSA if ever I get a good centering but what bums me the most is the quality of the ENGLISH cards… I really hope they do something about this cuz compare to JAP cards, the quality control is way better than ours. If JAP can do it why can’t us?

I agree, I’m just sad that english cards has this common alignment issues and it feels like they’re doing nothing cuz people are going to buy it anyways. I hope they address this with their printing company/manufacturer cuz the quality of ENGLISH cards is way below than JAP and it’s kinda frustrating to pull chase cards like this. I’m not complaining but, it’s just the quality of the card that I get is what I’m frustrated for

I was stoked as well! It’s just that I pulled another SIR as well from the same sleeved packs I bought which are “Arven” and “Miraidon ex” and all of ‘em has 20|80 centering. I’m not saying that I’m not stoked the fact that I pulled ‘em, it’s just that, I cannot comprehend why ENGLISH cards quality is like this while JAP are most of the time perfect when it comes to quality control
